? calorie counting: In general, one doesn't need to count calories but in your situation it might help. Use an online calorie calculator to estimate how many calories you need & are currently eating. Increase by 500 cal/day to gain 1 pound/week (3500 cal/pound). Continue to choose carbs wisely, consider eating more often, & go ahead & eat more (healthy) fat, watching how your glucose reacts. More protein, too!
