A1c: A1c is OK as is. How often do you have it checked? Is it always 5.8 or lower, or is it sometimes higher? 5"2 and 119 pounds is OK but don't overdo exercise. You might also need a better diet. I would have your primary doctor refer you to a dietitian and I think you will be pleasantly surprised. If I have missed something please let me know.
