Not ringworm: what you describe does not seem to indicate ringworm. With a rash like that, it is best to see a doctor so he/she can go through the different possibilities and give you an accurate answer. We can't help you here without seeing the rash, both the pattern and the individual bumps. Once you have done that, it would be nice if you can report the results here!
