Bites, ring marks: If your son has been bitten by a tick, you would know, as he is 4 years old. Is it itchy? Could be insect bites. Common insect bites come from mosquitoes, flees, or insects on the lawn. Less common are bed bugs, scabies, ants. If this keep happening check out the house and keep him inside at dusk and dawn. Look closely at the bed for bugs and the screens for holes. Possible also a contactrash
