Can house spider bites lead to any disease like lyme disease? bit by spider 7 months ago during night 3-4 in course of 2 weeks on one leg. left permanent scar like a pimple. never found it to kill it. i never had bites since?

Lime disease is triggered by a germ specific to the blood sucking tick species that spread it, not spiders. Spiders can carry toxic material in their bites, but are not blood suckers & I am not aware of any spider bite related diseases. The local scar they produce can be nasty.
