Normal TSH: Normal range varies a bit from lab to lab, but in most labs the upper range of normal is about 4.0. Go with your doctor's advice. Normal is normal.

No: Your TSH falls in the normal range so you do not have a thyroid problem at this time. If you start showing signs of hypo or hyperthyroid it would be prudent to recheck.
