It doesn't sound : Like your thyroid. I bet your tired all day but can't sleep at night? Maybe can't nap well if u get a chance? Feel your stress is high and feel bad that your not doing better? Ever stand in the shower and feel on an unsustainable course? If hitting home, the mood needs attention. Fortunately the meds are so good they can be geared to help pain. It may b stress, mood, many look 2 thyroid.

Nonspecific Sx!: Your labs are normal, and barring lab error, say you are not hypothyroid. I would address the issues that you think are signs of low thyroid. Many things might suggest your symptoms.
