What are the treatment options for postmenopausal bleeding? i had a biopsy and ultrasound. no cancer but uterine walls are thicker than gyn likes.

Depends: Specific recommendations depend on the amount of bleeding, age and the appearance of the lining. Some cases need visualization with hysteroscopy and possible a D and C. Some need to be treated with medication such as Progesterone. Some will need a hysterectomy
