I've precise 35d cycle w/7d bleeding w/clots & spotting. on cd17, tvs shows 1.6cm thick endo stripe. gyn ordered endo biopsy. shall i repeat tvs 1st?

Heavy bleeding: The endo stripe is fairly thick but the ultrasound was done at the time of the cycle when it will be the thickest. Having said that you have heavy menses and they are fairly long. In women over 30 with these symptoms it is a good idea to do endometrial biopsy anyways to rule out a pre-cancerous lesion like hyperplasia regardless of the ultrasound measurement. Hope this helps!
