It's worth treating: If you are quite confident that you have no physical problem (probably true), that it is psychological, the good news is that when you get a grip on the problem(s) - it will be okay. Perhaps not immediately, you'll have to regain confidence, but it will work out. Seek good CBT therapy - if meds are needed they'll add them. Learn how to manage life - it's a good value.
