No...: It is starting to move through the bone. It's best to have your orthodontist take a look since the tooth is still hurting you one month after the wire was changed.

Probably ok: Soreness may be from change in occlusion. Sometimes Orthodontist can make extensive adjustment and you'll be relatively comfortable. Other times you can be just sitting and reading a book and suddenly a tooth will start to bother you. Please call your Dentist or, hopefully, Orthodontic Specialist and report your problem. They know you, and can best advise you.
