Check with dentist: Not exactly sure what you are asking. If a bracket or wire is not properly engaged, you should ckeck with your orthodontist. Express your concern about the tooth out of alignment

Average time in braces for adults is about 24 months when treatment provided by an qualified Orthodontic Specialist, longer when treatment provided by GP. Yes, it sounds like you have something loose that needs immediate attention. Call your treating practitioner ASAP to make a repair visit.
