Children, it's tough: He's an adult, so you can't do much other than to hopefully have someone suggest he see a dentist to get his teeth fixed. Children, even adult ones, tend not to do what their parents "suggest" or "tell them" what to do. Is there someone else who might encourage him to seek dental treatment?

Dental Care: I am unsure what you are asking for here on a medical site. But, as you know, your son needs to see a dentist. If he has no ability to pay for this or does not have dental insurance then there are the seamar clinics in king county that have dental clinics for the public that cannot afford traditional dentistry.

I can't help you: Your son has made the decision to avoid dental care all these years. I can't help him over the computer. He needs to find a competent dentist now and have his needs attended. Time for him to grow up and take responsibility for himself.

Seek out a Dentist: Whether you have a local dentist or you know of an area dental clinic, you need to take your son to a dentist to get treatment immediately! teeth as you're describing can cause serious infections that can potentially cause death! if fear of the dentist is a factor in avoiding treatment, there are dentists that will use IV or oral sedation to put him asleep during treatment and he'd wake up done!
