For several days/weeks after one low workout, i get quivering feeling inside. i am not diabetic/high bp. when i lie down it goes away, standing worse?

More fluids: Assuming that by "low workout" you mean a light workout, I recommend that you increase your fluid intake. On the day of a workout drink electrolyte mixtures like Gatorade or Powerade, and every day make sure you get plenty of fluids. Also be sure to eat enough calories per day. If these measures are not helpful, see your doctor.
