Differential dx: Pain in left leg and left arm could be medicine side effect. Although that may sound bizarre, pls recall if any med started new and temporally connected to sxs; more concerning possibility is manifestation of occult coronary and/or vascular disease. As u r a diabetic, AHA considers u a CAD equivalent and left arm pain could be angina. Please see a cardiologist at earliest and get eval.
