Calories & protein: The addition of calorie dense foods such as nuts, whole grain pastas, raisins, whole milk, pure fruit juices, butter, avocado, and complex carbohydrates is a healthy way to add more calories to your diet. Lean proteins are also important. Good luck

Eat healthy: I recognize your feelings but the size you are is the size you were meant to be and that goes for weight. if you were to push protein shakes the danger is you may bloat especially if your exercise is not enough. Take heart your weight and size as will gain as you continue on a well balanced diet. And when others begin to plump up you will be perfect.
