Why????: Fish oil has little benefit for anything. If you take too mych you will experience a significant risk of bleeding. Eat a balanced diet instead.

Pretty much: Omega threes help with brain function and to reduce inflammation. Omega 6s are very prevalent in our diet and are pro inflammatory. We all need a diet overhaul and more omega threes in our diets. The easiest way is to supplement. Incorporate more omega threes in diet vis olive oil, nut, and fish.
