What is the recommended dosage for fish oil supplements? what is the difference between omega-3 fish oil dha and fish oil? what are side effects if any? can you take these if you take d3, amlodipine 5mg as needed and norethindrone 0.35 birth control?

Too many questions here to answer within the 400 character limits. Having said that, omega-3 fatty acids do show multiple cardiovascular and metabolic effects. The FDA advises the general population not to exceed 3g per day of EPA and DHA combined, with up to 2g per day from dietary supplements, Without the guidance of a clinician. You should see your doctor for more detailed advice. Good luck.
