Possibly: A stress test would usually be the test of choice to rule out your heart as the cause of your exertion all induced symptoms.

Not heart pain.: It is probably not heart problem and it could be a pinched nerve in the neck or musculo-skeletal pain of the chest wall and shoulder. You need to see a doctor.
