Probably invisalign: Regular braces act as food traps, making oral hygiene difficult. They are also linked to root resorption, which does not occur frequently with invisalign.

Conundrum: While braces are harder to clean around, they do a better job positioning your teeth. The better tooth position, the better bone and gum position and contour. In the short run, invisalign. Over our lifetime, braces.
