Depends: Eye strain is a possible symptom of dry eyes. There are two common causes of dry eyes -- low tear production or poor tear quality leading to rapid tear evaporation. You can try otc artificial tears, but ultimately you will need an eye md to diagnose and give appropriate treatment to your specific underlying cause.
