Sometimes i get 1or2 red tiny dots(usually under eyes).they fade after 2-3 days. dermatologist said they are tiny capillaries that break form straining or other activities& tend to run in families & fair skin people, and is only aesthetic.is it true?

Not very sure about that. Depends how long this has occurred and the @ other health issues. If problem continues, suggest you take pics of the problem and visit your dermatologist for possible workup of other possibilities.
