Yes. The problem is often labeled coughing petechiae since it is seen frequently after the strain of coughing or vomiting raises capillary pressure. The findings are generally limited to the neck and above & may involve the face/whites of the eyes/nearby eye tissues, etc. By itself it does not indicate any significant medical problem.
