Unsure: Ct is not the best way to image the female pelvis. This could be normal for you or there may be something abnormal. I would recommend a pelvic ultrasound and physical exam to make sure everything is okay.

CT scan showed non specified borderline enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in the RT lower quadrant, my uterus and cervix appears bulky and heterogenous.
Abd/pelvis CT today. Why is my Dr not concerned about mild splenomegaly, or several mildly enlarged lymph nodes. Had test for fever unknown origin.
