Hey, i have just received my results letter from a ct scan i had. it had shown a modulated cystic mass with two cysts adjacent, measuring 5cm 5.5cm with also free fluid in my pelvis . what does it mean by mass? why is there fluid. is it dangerous?

Need treatment: Make an appointment with the doctor who ordered CT scan to decide the management. Free fluid in pelvis indicate rupture of one of the cysts.
