Anxiety/Stress: In relatively young individuals with no known heart muscle disorder, anxiety or Sress (neurotic state) is the most common cause of sporadic arrhythmia ( palpitations, skipping beats). It is still prudent, as you did, to rule out specific heart muscle issue which your tests have indeed shown. Try to sort out the source of your mental distress, learn to calm down; your heart gràdually do the same
