Early COVID: Cannot be ruled out without testing. Incubation is long and many patients experience mild to no symptoms. It is the possible exposure to a documented positive subject that makes it more plausible and testing should be done in these circumstances.

Maybe: Might not have much in way of sxs early on. Monitor for symptoms like fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
