How can i fully recognize when severe scoliosis is beginning to become possibly life threatening?

Should not happen: It is unlikely that your doctor would let scoliosis progress to a life threatening degree. Severe scoliosis would be significant enough to interfere with breathing thereby raising the risk for pneumonia. Do not go without treatment if you feel you are approaching this point.
