Shud it be worrying for 54 yr male when pcv is 36%,haemoglobin 12.2,having irregular bowels to begin with a lump with lil blood & then soft.esr 26!!

CBC and hemorrhoid: You are reporting a mild anemia for a male; lump seems to refer to hemorrhoid; a little blood indicates inflamed area in anus, either fissure or hemorrhoid; ESR 26 is slightly high - indicating inflammation somewhere - perhaps inflamed hemorrhoid or infected hemorrhoid - more seriously, he should be checked for polyp in intestine or tumor in colon - so yes, worrying is appropriate - needs f/up
