Sir my brother has a fever with chill and pain in stomach. he had a blood check up and found high esr , low haemoglobin , and had an x-ray test negativ?

Be persistent: I don't know what the x-ray was but the symptoms and tests can be seen in a long list of illnesses (infectious, inflammatory, and even malignant). Continue to pursue this issue with his clinician until a diagnosis is made.
