My pcv is 36.6% and haemoglobin is 11.9 g/dl.. thats anemia right? but its not that low nothing serious right?

You are fine: Hemoglobin level from woman ranges from 12 to 15 ( different lab uses different range- so check with your lab what is the range). Your is 11.9- just 0.1 lower than normal range. You should be fine and don't worry. Your doctor can just repeat your blood work next time and may be normal then. Don't forget to take prenatal multivitamin once a day.
