33 yr old male.this is my fasting blood results. neutrophil 38%,lymphocytes 58%,esr 15mm/hour,pcv 41%,cholestrol-254mg/dl,tryglyceride-186mg/dl,ldl-160mg/dl.do i need to take medication?or exercise and diet alone is required to control my cholestrol?

See your doctor: Your cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL are very high!! I don't believe that diet and exercise alone would normalize these abnormalities. See your primary care doctor. Your PCV is a bit low for a 33-year-old male, and it indicates that you have anemia. You also have a low neutrophil count. This may be temporary if you have a virus infection when you had this test done.
