So sorry to hear: about what you are dealing with. Start w/your doc. Get outpatient therapy from a mental health professional. If the anxiety is causing you major social problems or work problems a professional may recommend inpatient help. Others have gotten through things such as this and with help you can also. Peace and good health. Don't rely on medicine alone.

Life can get better!: Anxiety, depression can feel so very permanent. But here's the good news. They are not! Dont try to solve your whole life today. Deal with today, this week. Leave the rest for later. Now, you need to deal with your present feelings and situation. The best approach is twofold. Medication can tune up your brain, talking to a compassionate professional helps you put your thoughts in order. Good luck!
