Community health: Start with your community mental health center. They have funding to provide treatment for you and to those in need. Workers there can help you identify & find resources & services to meet your needs quickly. With treatment, you may find re-engaging your life goals more attainable. Disability determination is based on many factors and takes quite a time to process, even when clearly justified.

occupation: Severe and anxiety and depression might qualify a person , but the other diagnosis would, likely, not keep a person form being employed.
