Yes, ...: Yes, of course, she needs to gyn-doc as soon as possible - preferably within 1-2 days or to ER as needed. In reality, especially in the U. S., I would assume she would be under a regular ob-care already and should not be seen with huge legs and hypertension while having a 32-week pregnancy. Best wish ...
