That depends: On what your blood pressure measurements have been prior. If this is much higher than it had been (and I suggest you repeat that) then you need to call your OB to be more closely monitored. If you have headache, blurred vision, nausea/vomiting and sudden swelling of face hands or feet, you need to be evaluated immediately. Notify your OB right now if you have these symptoms and then go to L and D
