Swollen ft s/p birth: Likely from the pregnancy you have venous insufficiency due to the weight of the babies . This is not uncommon after birth. Do you have visible varicose veins? That would be a similar process. Would check you blood pressure , chec kcreatinien and renal ( kidney function) make sure it has returned to normal, limit salt intake , discuss use of supportive hose with your doctor. F/u/ w/ doc
