Brown spots: These may be venous stasis changes associated with poor circulation? You should see your dermatologist.

See a podiatrist : Or dermatologist and have them evaluated. One simple exam that is non painful is to visualize the lesion thru a dermascope. The doctor can have an idea if the lesion is benign or not.
