I just had my hida scan results come back. the percentage is 76%, is this normal or is that considered an over active gallbladder?

Normal: That is totally normal. There is no such thing as an overactive gallbladder

Hyperkinetic GB: There is such an entity as a hyperkinetic GB.Usually EF will be >80%. Many of these patients, if they have typical symptoms of gallbladder disease, will respond to cholecystectomy. Just as many patients with low GB EF (dyskinesia) will respond to removal of GB.Unfortunately some may have persistent symptoms. But if no other cause found, may be worth the risk if symptoms are significant and classic
