Follow up!: Call your provider! There are many possible reasons for this and your provider (who knows the specifics relevant to your specific case). You could try anti-inflammatories (e.g.: motrin) in combination with your pain meds, ice packs, etc. Really, this is the reason your provider should have an emergency number :)
