To stomach: If you swallowed your tongue ring ball it would go to your stomach and come out with bowel movements. If you had inhaled it into your lungs it would have caused an enormous amount of coughing immediately.

Swollow tongue ball: Any foreign body that is inhalled into the lungs would cause a severe coughing spasm and possibly trouble breathing, If the ball still contained the sharp insertion point you would also have to worry about that tip puncturing tissue whether it be the air pipe (trachea) or food pipe and stomach (esophagus) Any symptoms at all go to the emergency room.
