I was up all night tuesday night extremely vomiting. as a result i have severe chest soreness and a lite burning. and i cannot eat hurts to swallow.

I understand : Your throat hurts because of all the vomiting. The real question is whether or not you can stay hydrated. If you cannot stay well hydrated, and are not making much urine, and the irvine you are making is concentrated (dark yellow), then you need IV fluids, and should go to the emergency room. If you can stay hydrated, call your primary care provide ASAP. Hope this helps!
