Wheeze after eating: Would follow up with gastorenterologist. May need ranitidine or prevecid if it is reflux as persistent reflux of acid into lungs can be an issue, if treated an noting the underlying cause should not be a problem. Would check for h pylori a bacteria assocaited with reflux as well. Avoid alcohol caffeine ,energy drinks, smoking as all can contribute to reflux.
