Constipation: Narcotics can often cause constipation. The colon gets filled with stool and cause excruciating pain. Watery diarrhea fluid can go around the solid stool. As long as he is passing gas or having diarrhea, you could try having him drink three bottles of magnesium citrate and then say by the toilet till his colon completely empties.

When was last dose?: When was your fiancé's last dose of oxycontin? If he is in withdrawal (trying to quit etc), then he could be having some withdrawal symptoms -Strong cravings, Nausea, Cramps,Sweating,Chills,Goose bumps,Vomiting, Diarrhea Shakes, irritation,Agitation,Anxiety,Muscle aches,Runny nose,Yawning,Insomnia,Dilated pupils. All these are signs of opiate withdrawal, which can occur if he abruptly stops.
