You can: Get your teeth teeth whitened using a simple over the counter product like Crest WhiteStrips. I may suggest trying these first tosee how your teeth respond before attempting a more invasive approach. Before you decide to do any teeth bleaching, you should discuss this with your orthodontist or dentist.
