Difficult: to answer without more information, such as the size of the lymph nodes and the type of calcification, but usually this is a sign of a prior inflammatory/infectious process that has resolved. However, there are other potential causes, including(uncommonly) metastatic disease, so you need to talk to your doc about what the significance, if any, is in your case.
