Weekly migraine: Most people would not take a medicine every day to prevent a migraine that occurs once per week. Unless that migraine lasts several days. Substitutes for topamax (topiramate) could be propranolol, magnesium, or valproate perhaps. Normally wellbutrin and propranolol are not used together, in case the mood worsens. Why are you using trileptal? Your side effects may occur due to medicine interactions.
