Im taking trileptal for tinnitus& hyperacusis &recently started topamax (topiramate) for migraines.is it true that trileptal reduces amount of topamax (topiramate) in system?

Possible: Trileptal are Topamax are enzyme inducers, but to a much lesser extent than other AEDs. Using topiramate together with trileptal may increase side effects and can be harmful, but quite rare.
