Likely outcome- no: Topamax (topiramate) may cause weight loss by several mechanisms, but it is not a very effective weight loss treatment. It appears you were not using it to manage weight. You did not experience weight changes with it. That helps predict the outcome. When you discontinue topamax, (topiramate) it is not likely you will gain weight.
