No: If you are developing neuropathy symptoms now they are most likely from a new cause. It's time to get checked for causes. There are many possibilities including thyroid , diabetes , autoimmune, pinched nerve, infections, neurologic diseases, current meds, etc. best to see your doc and get checked out

Neuropathy return: Neuropathy symptoms may return, but the neuropathy attributed to your medical treatment probably will not return. If your symptoms return, and remain long enough, it is a good idea to look for other causes before deciding it is a medicine side effect. Some causes of neuropathy are never found, keep this in mind too.
